How do I install the Android app?
The latest version of the Android app is always available for download here: https://repocket.co/download/
You will be downloading and installing an APK file; later, Repocket will become available on the Google Play store.
How do I update the Android app?
You will get a notification on your android phone if there is a version which you can update into. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of the APK from this link https://repocket.co/download/
The new version of the app will replace the existing version automatically.
I am experiencing an issue with the app; how do I fix this?
Firstly, please keep in mind that we are in Beta.
If you are experiencing an issue, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed, as this will fix most issues.
If you have the latest version of the app installed and are still experiencing issues, contact us, and we'll provide you with one-on-one support to fix any issues.
How frequently is reporting updated?
All reporting is updated daily; this includes referrals, bandwidth used and earnings.
We will update the reporting frequency in a future release.
How many accounts can I have?
Users are only allowed to have 1 Repocket account and 1 Paypal ID. Any users found to have multiple Repocket accounts will have their other accounts banned and withdrawals rejected.
Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes, you can use the same account on as many devices and connections as you have. Log in to the same account for each device you want to use. Note: 1 IP = max of 2 devices only.
Why can't I see multiple devices signed in?
There are instances when some devices aren't showing on the devices tab. You'll still be able to share the internet and earn but it might not show on the devices tab. This will be updated soon.
How do I withdraw my balance?
The minimum withdrawal amount is USD $20.00. Once you reach this amount on your balance, the withdrawal button will activate.
Can I share bandwidth on Wi-Fi and Mobile Data?
You can earn credits on Wi-Fi and mobile data (3G, 4G, 5G) connections.
How do I delete my account?
You can contact us, and we will process your request.
How do I get the $5 referral bonus for users I referred?
You will receive the $5 referral bonus when the user you referred completes their first withdrawal. In other words, the referred user must earn $20.00 and then complete a withdrawal for you to get $5.
When will I receive the $5 bonus for joining your Discord channel and following your page on Twitter?

Does the app continue running in the background on Android?
To enable the app to continue running, you must activate the settings in the app. Load app on boot, Allow to display over other apps and Disable battery optimisation.
Yes, the app will continue running in the background even when you lock your phone.
When will the iOS versions be available?
The app is now available for Windows PC, Mac, Android, and Linux. The iOS and other versions will be available on the platform soon.
How can I submit feedback?

How can I earn more?
You can add more devices and refer more users to maximise your earnings. There is no limit on earnings, so refer as many users as possible.
Is my privacy secure and protected?
We take privacy very seriously. We do not share your personal information outside the information needed to operate this service, like your IP address, carrier/ISP, and city.
How is my internet used?
Clients of Geonode's proxy services use your internet. Companies use your internet to monitor prices, search Google, monitor stock pricing, competitor research and similar activities.
Which devices can I use?
The app is now available for Windows PC, Mac, Android, and Linux. The other versions will be available on the platform soon.
Which payment methods can I use?
We currently use PayPal and will be integrating more options in the coming months. Users must use their own Paypal to withdraw.
Which types of internet connections are supported?
We currently support mobile and Wi-Fi connections only.
What countries are supported?
We accept all countries apart from North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria and Venezuela.
Why was my IP address banned?
If we believe you are not following our terms and conditions, you will be banned from using our services. Play nicely, and there won't be any issues.
Can I use VPN?
The app won't work if you're using a VPN.
How to switch to a different language?
Currently, the app only supports English but we will support more languages in our future updates.
How to fix disconnection issues?
Please make sure that you have the latest app version. Try to log out and log in again, this normally fixes the disconnection issues. You can also check our troubleshooting guide. If you're still experiencing this problem, please contact us so we can further check.
Why did my earnings become zero?
Please log out and log in again on the app or if you're viewing on a web browser, please refresh the page. It should show the correct amount afterwards.
How much do I earn per 1 GB?
Repocket will pay you $ .20 cents per 1 GB of shared internet.
